I just joined, when will my seafood arrive?

Welcome aboard! We want you to receive your order soon, on the next possible delivery date. Here's when you can expect your first shipment to arrive. You will also receive a notification before your first shipment goes out.

  • Monthly Subscriptions: These orders arrive on the 1st Thursday of the month, UNLESS the Tuesday of that week is a holiday and the market is closed. If that's the case, then we will reach out to you to move your delivery date to Friday. The cut-off date for subscription sign-ups is 4 days in advance, or the Sunday before the Thursday arrival.
  • Biweekly Subscriptions: Same as for Monthly Subscriptions, but your shipments will arrive every other Thursday of each month.
  • Neighborhood Fish Drop (Weekly): Your orders will arrive weekly at the designated day/time for your drop point. The cut-off date for neighborhood subscription sign-ups is approximately 3 days before your drop point's pick-up day.

I'm going on vacation. Can I pause my subscription? 

Of course! Please email your travel dates to customersupport@thefishdrop.com, and we'll take care of your request. 

How do I add on something for my next delivery?

If you'd like to mix things up, or know you'll need extra seafood, please check out our One-Time Add-Ons, and your item will be added to your next shipment. You will only be billed for this item once. If you'd like it again in the future, simply return to the add-ons page and order it again.

I've been eating the same fish for a while. Can I change my seafood selection?

  1. Log in to Your Account.
  2. Under Update Your Information (left sidebar), click the Edit button.
  3. Scroll down to the Seafood Selection section, and choose another delicious option. Scroll down to the bottom and click Change to confirm your new selection.

I'd like to cancel my subscription.

Is there anything we can do to make it up to you? Please reach out to us! However, if you do prefer to cancel, we're sorry to see you go.

  1. Log in to Your Account.
  2. Under Update Your Information (left sidebar), click the Edit button.
  3. In the bottom-left corner, click Cancel Subscription. If you ever change your mind, just let us know and we can reactivate for you!

Remember, you're the captain of your own subscription and can update it any time!
